Tender Love & Care

Tender Love & Care

Artist: Muhammed Salah

Isn’t that all we want… a feel? The security of someone else’s presence or touch. All this effort and devotion, dedication and commitment to one person, for one feel, is it all worth it? The sacrifices we agree to, like hurting ourselves in order to keep their smile consistent. We go the extra mile for what we consider love, despite all the different perspectives and meanings; love is love if you genuinely care for someone. By care, I mean anything that you wouldn’t want done to you, you’d make sure wouldn’t happen to them. Always protecting and sheltering them from any emotion you wouldn’t dare to feel. Understanding and connecting with what they want, value and helping them achieve that. Doing whatever it is that they want to do, just because you enjoy seeing them smile.

Once again, is it all worth it? You do all of this for one person because well, you lovethem but also because you expect them to do it for you. Just as much as we give, we want it reciprocated… but that’s just it. We’re all completely different people who perceive things in our own way. I could explain love to be what was written above, but someone could read that and consider me stupid. It’s all within ourselves and how we feel. Those whom you love may not love you as much, and won’t give what you provide them. You may feel like they deserve this and that, where as they may feel otherwise about you… or vice versa.

I find love to be tricky, many of us want different things but in certain people or specific things within each other. It gets complicated because as humans we’re all unique. We each have different tastes, desires, intentions, and goals. Family can also have an effect on a relationship. Love, lust and infatuation has changed along the course of time. Generation after generation, it’s become the same thing…

So, what is love
